Toosii’s official DJ, JohnnyGoin2x shares all with Concealed Media

Over the past two years Concealed Media has sat down with some of the hottest DJ’s in North Carolina. A few weeks ago we added to that list when JohnnyGoin2x, the official DJ for recording artist Toosii stopped by the Camo Lounge. During his interview Johnny talks about how he linked with Toosii, growing up in Raleigh, the importance of having a good DJ, entrepreneurship, and much more.

A native of Raleigh Johnny. started DJing when he was only 17-years-old. After high school his passion for the craft continued to grow and he started to make a name for himself by showing his skills at local clubs. By the time he enrolled at Shaw University Johnny was known throughout the city.

Although he got his start rocking the club scene, Johnny said his goal was always to make it to the platforms where he saw some of the biggest names in the industry. And that’s exactly what he did. Since becoming a full-time DJ, JohnnyGoin2x has performed in some of the biggest stadiums in the world.

“When I started DJing I was looking at people like Skrilliex, DJ Mustard, DJ Drama…all the top people. and I was like I want to be in that position,” he continued. “The club scene was great for me it was a great step but the goal I wanted to get to was being in stadiums.”
